Exercise at work!

Most of us living in metros spend a large chunk of the day at work and commuting. Try to find ways to include physical activity at work to keep yourself healthy and weight controlled. This includes:

  • Walking up and down the stairs as often as possible.
  • Walk across to speak to your co-worker rather than send an e-mail
